Hi! My name is Faviana and I’m 24 years old! I'm a caring, dependable, and patient person with several years of experience working with children of different ages. I worked at a daycare for five months and spent two summers as a camp counselor, where I helped create a safe, fun, and engaging environment while supervising daily activities and supporting each child's individual needs. As the oldest sibling, I've also spent much of my life helping care for my younger siblings, which has taught me responsibility, adaptability, and the importance of creating a nurturing. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love creating fun, creative, and educational experiences for children. I enjoy doing art projects, exploring museums, zoos, aquariums, and other interactive places where children can learn while having fun. When we’re indoors, I love encouraging imagination through pretend play, storytelling, and hands-on activities that help children build confidence and creativity. I also enjoy incorporating age-appropriate learning into everyday routines, inspired by Montessori-style activities that help children develop independence, curiosity, and practical life skills in a fun and engaging way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where each child feels free to be themselves. Every child has their own personality, interests, and way of learning, and I think it’s important to encourage their individuality while helping them build confidence and independence. Safety is always my top priority, especially in a busy environment like the city, while also making sure children have opportunities to explore, learn, be creative, and enjoy their childhood.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children ages 1–15 with different needs, including autism, ADHD, and high anxiety. I have supported children by creating a calm, understanding, and encouraging environment while helping them with emotional regulation and finding activities that match their individual needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

In daycare hours, especially towards the end of the day when kids are starting to get restless, I like to read a storybook to kids but also act out some of the scenes which kids find very entertaining. Having them join and seeing the little smiles and giggles as they play is always a joy to witness!
