A little bit about me

Hi, I’m a 24-year-old live-in nanny located in NC looking to relocate for a great family! I’m a caring, dependable, and patient person who truly enjoys creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive in. I love getting to know each child’s personality and interests and planning age-appropriate activities, whether that’s arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, baking, or simply enjoying a fun day together. I’m also happy to help with children’s laundry, meal prep, light housekeeping, and keeping routines running smoothly. I’m hoping to find a family where I can build a genuine, trusting relationship and become a valued part of their household. I’d love to connect and see if we could be a great fit!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’m currently a nanny in NC for a family with an 8 month old baby and a 2 year old boy, where I provide attentive, hands-on care and help with their daily routines. Previously, I was an au pair in Europe in 2025 for a family with twin infants and two young children, which gave me valuable experience caring for multiple children with different ages and needs. In addition, I’ve been babysitting since 2018, including consistently for one family over the years as well as occasionally for neighbors.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending time with children through a mix of fun, creative, and educational activities. Some of my favorites are reading together, arts and crafts, going on walks, and trips to the park or playground. I also enjoy exploring children’s museums, local playgroups, libraries, and other community activities when available. I love finding activities that match each child’s interests and age, while giving them opportunities to learn, explore, be creative, and most importantly, have fun!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while growing and developing. I believe a nanny should be someone children can trust, learn from, and have fun with. I love being able to encourage their curiosity, celebrate their milestones, and make a positive impact on their everyday lives. At the same time, I value being a reliable and supportive part of the family and helping make their day-to-day lives a little easier. Building that trust and connection with both the children and their family is what makes nannying so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have some experience caring for children with mild autism and have enjoyed learning how to support children with different needs and abilities. During college, I also volunteered with students at a school for the blind as part of a course focused on educating and working with students with additional needs. I’m always open to learning and adapting my approach to help each child feel supported, comfortable, and included.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite part of being a nanny is building a genuine bond with the children and getting to see their faces light up when we spend time together. Whether we’re playing, learning something new, or simply enjoying a fun day together, those little moments mean so much to me. Knowing that I can be a positive and supportive influence in their lives, while also creating memories they enjoy and look forward to, is incredibly rewarding. Those connections are truly what make being a nanny so special to me.
