I enjoy language-building activities such as reading, singing songs with motions, and practicing naming objects. I also like pretend play with dolls or toy kitchens to encourage imagination. For movement, I enjoy dancing, toddler yoga, and outdoor play. I also use calming activities like soft music, quiet fidgets, and story time to help with regulation. I always tailor activities to each child’s needs, comfort, and developmental level.
