More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have several years of experience caring for children in both educational and home settings. I worked as a teacher for 5-year-old children, where I supported early learning through structured activities, play-based education, and emotional development.
In addition, I cared for twins from the ages of 9 to 11 for two years, as well as a toddler from ages 2 to 4. These experiences allowed me to work across a wide range of developmental stages, from early childhood routines to school-age independence and emotional growth. Each role helped me develop a flexible, attentive, and very hands-on approach to childcare.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating a balance between fun, creativity, and learning in everyday activities. With younger children, I enjoy interactive play, reading stories, sensory activities, and anything that helps them explore the world in a safe and engaging way.
With older kids, I enjoy more structured activities like helping with homework, creative projects, baking together, board games, and outdoor play. I also love encouraging curiosity — whether that’s through art, simple science experiments, or just spending time outside exploring.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a sense of safety, trust, and emotional stability for a child. I believe children thrive when they feel understood, supported, and free to be themselves.
It’s not only about routines and responsibilities, but about the emotional connection you build — being someone they can rely on, learn from, and feel comfortable with every day.

My experience with special needs children...
One of the twins I cared for over two years has ADHD, which gave me meaningful experience supporting a child with different attention and emotional regulation needs.
Through this, I learned how important patience, consistency, and structure are, while also staying flexible and calm in the moment. I developed strategies to help with transitions, focus, and emotional regulation in a supportive and encouraging way. This experience taught me to meet children where they are, and to guide them with empathy rather than pressure.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child I cared for felt proud of something they learned or accomplished, especially when I was able to support them along the way. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I played a small part in that is incredibly rewarding.
