A little bit about me

Hi! I have been babysitting since I was 14 and worked as a nanny for 4 summers in high school and college. Most recently, I worked as a nanny and virtual school aid for a family in Ohio while my classes were virtual. This included: making meals, helping with homework, sitting in on their zoom lessons, swimming, playing, going for walks, and eventually driving them to and from school when they transitioned to a blended schedule. After the first year of my program was virtual, I am finally moving to NYC in August to complete my Master of Public Health degree at NYU! I will be living in Brooklyn and would love to find a part-time nannying job! I have experience with all ages, as well as babysitting a child with hearing and learning disabilities. I am completely comfortable with pets, housework, and meal prepping.

Volunteered as an assistant English teacher at a primary school in Prague, Czech Republic.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience babysitting a child with hearing and learning disabilities. While I only formally watched him a handful of times, his regular nanny is a family friend so I have spent a lot of time with him since he was a baby (he is 7 now).
