Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy cooking and baking with kids most, but I also love creating just about anything. We can be making up a brand new game, stacking blocks, making art, or building robotic things if we're making something we're having fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is loving children. Liking children makes you want to go to work and come up with experiences for yourself and the child to have together, but loving children and their personalities gets you through the harder times like tantrums, learning curves, the messes like throw up, number twos, and in some instances puberty mood swings.

I have a year's experience with special needs (Autism) to be specific age groups 5+

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was with my 3 year old girl. We'd made 2 cakes and decorated them together (it was the first time she'd ever baked) , she was so happy with the cake that she didn't want to eat it. Three days later mom informed me she still hadn't eaten her cake or allowed anyone to touch it because "it was too beautiful". Even after my nannying was over with the family they told me she hadn't forgotten me she'd find items around and she'd tell her mom "I did this with Ms. Ren!!!" She was so young I thought she'd have forgotten me, but years later she still knows my name and it makes me smile to this day.
