A little bit about us

I have a 3 month old baby girl which i need care for durning the week when mom and I are working.
I leave for work right now at 3am but am home by no later then 3pm.
Mom leaves for work by 715am and is home by 5pm. Right now we are looking for someone to take care of her till i get home at 3pm. My hours do vary but for the most part just need someone to watch her till i get home.
It will only be for 4 days being one of the days she will be with her nana.
there is no picking up or dropping off needed. The biggest thing is taking care of my baby girl and maybe light and i mean light cleaning or laundry. that is all. she loves being held a lot.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a caring and reliable nanny for our 6 month old starting early August. We live in the Masters community of Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley. This is a recurring part time position on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12 to 4 PM. We hope to find someone who enjoys working with infants and feels like a natural fit for our family.

About the Role
Support with crib nap training as we transition from mattress naps to crib naps. Meal/Naptime is at the beginning of the shift and this would be the most important task for us. Current schedule includes a mid day nap and a later afternoon nap. Comfort with spoon feeding solids for at least one meal.

You would need to be comfortable handling breastmilk including feeding, pouring, and potentially bagging during free time

We are looking for nannies who do not need to bring their own children due to the pool and our pet

Home Environment
Remote working mother and hybrid working father

Small senior dog in the home, so comfort with pets is needed

Pool on property, so CPR and First Aid certification and a background check or fingerprint clearance card are required

Light Household Tasks during free/nap time:
Baby dishes including washing and bottle assembly (We have a bottle washer)

Baby laundry if able

Tidying baby areas

Restocking baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, bibs, and bottles

Additional Opportunities
Potential for added shifts as baby grows

Occasional date night care if the nanny is comfortable, never required

Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

12 PM to 4 PM

Starting early August

Ongoing weekly position

If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out with your experience, availability, and rates. We would love to find someone who feels like a wonderful match for our family.
