A little bit about us
We have another child arriving in July, and we are simply looking for support from a Nanny that will help our daily lives remain enjoyable and calm, so that we don’t get over run by the needs of a 2.5 year old and a newborn. We will likely spend a lot of time together with the two kids enjoying ourselves.
Compensation & Benefits
• We are offering between $25-$35 per hour (limited overtime as needed)
• 3 weeks of Paid Time Off
• Health Insurance Coverage
• Total Compensation Package is between $70,000 and $95,000
Responsibilities:
• Most important responsibility is to keep our Daughter safe.
• Second most important thing is to have fun and enjoy each other.
• Pitch-in attitude regarding miscellaneous general needs of our family.
• Help with playdates, intellectual stimulation, and physical development.
• Help with arranging outings.
• Adhere to Daughter’s schedule, including naps/sleep, eating, and activities etc.
• Help with our Daughters daily life – including, meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper bag, etc.
• Diaper Changing.
• Light House Cleaning. We have ongoing professional cleaners, but Nanny is expected to help with cleanliness of the kitchen, laundry, food prep, trash removal, and other light household tasks.
• Light errand running such as picking items from the store etc.
• Be able to carry our sleeping daughter up a flight of stairs if need be.
• Be able to keep both kids safe when I am out of the home. I will however be home the majority of the time.
• We are Covid Cautious and will expect that our Nanny actively attempts to mitigate and limit covid exposure for herself while on and off the job.
• Likely there will be other items as we both learn how to best work with each other.
