A little bit about us

We are a small family me my husband and our daughter Lily. The first reason that we have considered to host a live in nanny my husband and myself both work In the bay area of California and we have a very demanding work schedule. making sure that our daughter Lily gets the best of everything is of upmost importance. We Are in a position where trying to balance work and home is sometimes difficult. Lily is now six years old and in first grade and has the desire to do many things that we sometimes don’t have time to take her to do With our schedule and this would give us the ability to allow Lily to do more and be at home more.
we also have adult daughters who do not live nearby. So Lily has a great understanding of what it’s like to have a older role models we would love our nanny To be someone who could integrate into our family and be like one of our own and a big sister to Lily. The confidence that we would have knowing that Lily has someone by her side when we’re not available would be the most reassuring thing.

My husband and myself both are working in the construction we both work for the same company and have been able to buy a beautiful home in a very nice area that is near lots of opportunities.
we work hard and devote our time to our careers and exchange in our free time we’re able to do many fun things. Camping is a great joy to our family and because the resort is so close to our home this is something they were able to do on a regular basis. Our daughter Lily loves going camping there such a freedom whenyou’re in the wild with no cell service and nothing but the beauty surrounding you. The reason camping has become so important to our family is because it gives us all a chance to disconnect from our like electronic devices and really spend time with each other one on one laugh play eat and enjoy the outdoors.

So Lily is the reason for Out Motivations that is has encouraged us To consider hosting someone in our home
