We're looking for someone Monday - Wednesday from 830/9 am to about 3pm. My husband and I are both working an alternating telework schedule (some days we're at home and some days we're in the office) so most days one of us will be there as well. Our son is 7 months old and a happy healthy baby. With COVID were just not ready for him to go to daycare so we're looking for a nanny from now until mid-February (when my modified maternity leave expires) and then we'll reconsider day care or continuing with a nanny full-time. I'd love to hear from you if you think you'd be a good fit!

Hi! I’m a SAHM of 2 energetic boys looking for someone who can occasionally come over so that I can run pick up or drop offs needed for now. My boys love to be outside, ride bikes, dance, and play board games!
I am not partial to what day of the week you are available. I am looking for someone to come over maybe 2x per week.. for 2-3 hours at a time. Availability during weekends would occasionally be needed too. Thanks!

We are a small family me my husband and our daughter Lily. The first reason that we have considered to host a live in nanny my husband and myself both work In the bay area of California and we have a very demanding work schedule. making sure that our daughter Lily gets the best of everything is of upmost importance. We Are in a position where trying to balance work and home is sometimes difficult. Lily is now six years old and in first grade and has the desire to do many things that we sometimes don’t have time to take her to do With our schedule and this would give us the ability to allow Lily to do more and be at home more.
we also have adult daughters who do not live nearby. So Lily has a great understanding of what it’s like to have a older role models we would love our nanny To be someone who could integrate into our family and be like one of our own and a big sister to Lily. The confidence that we would have knowing that Lily has someone by her side when we’re not available would be the most reassuring thing.

My husband and myself both are working in the construction we both work for the same company and have been able to buy a beautiful home in a very nice area that is near lots of opportunities.
we work hard and devote our time to our careers and exchange in our free time we’re able to do many fun things. Camping is a great joy to our family and because the resort is so close to our home this is something they were able to do on a regular basis. Our daughter Lily loves going camping there such a freedom whenyou’re in the wild with no cell service and nothing but the beauty surrounding you. The reason camping has become so important to our family is because it gives us all a chance to disconnect from our like electronic devices and really spend time with each other one on one laugh play eat and enjoy the outdoors.

So Lily is the reason for Out Motivations that is has encouraged us To consider hosting someone in our home

We are a family of 5, looking for a nanny to take care of our 2 youngest. Their names are Dominic (3yo) and TJ (1yo). My wife and I both work in San Francisco. I will typically start my commut around 5:30/6, my wife is typically on the road by 4:30, but back in the area by 2:30/3. I am back home around 6 or 7pm.
We are looking M-F, roughly 5:30-3pm. We are open to nanny share but have never heard of the idea before. I would like to discuss the potential of dropping my daughter off at 1st grade less than 2 miles away from our house.
