A little bit about us

We are a family of 5, looking for a nanny to take care of our 2 youngest. Their names are Dominic (3yo) and TJ (1yo). My wife and I both work in San Francisco. I will typically start my commut around 5:30/6, my wife is typically on the road by 4:30, but back in the area by 2:30/3. I am back home around 6 or 7pm.
We are looking M-F, roughly 5:30-3pm. We are open to nanny share but have never heard of the idea before. I would like to discuss the potential of dropping my daughter off at 1st grade less than 2 miles away from our house.
