A little bit about us
I am looking for a replacement nanny for an awesome family I work for. Next week will unfortunately be my last week with them as I start a job in my field of study.
Leo is an energetic, fun, and vibrant 17-month-old who loves to play outside, explore, and learn. Leo’s mom and dad are kind, flexible, warm people looking for a part-time caregiver starting June 10th (these dates are flexible for the right candidate).
The position is 2-3 days a week until September (Leo starts Montessori in September, specific days of the week are flexible.) Start time would be at 8:30 am, shifts would be from 5-7 hours. Pay is $18-20/hr net cash or e-transfer. The family is located at Dixie and Dundas, on the border of Etobicoke and Mississauga, right off the highway.
Leo’s mom and dad are looking for someone motivated, vibrant, and energetic. A self-starter who can meaningfully interact with Leo, teaching him numbers, songs, and words along the way. Light cleaning, preparing meals and snacks required. Full professional proficiency or native/bilingual proficiency in English is required for this position.
Leo loves being outside and playing in the backyard so you must feel comfortable being out in the sunshine with him for a few hours at a time! Since this is primarily a summer position, Leo’s mom and dad are preferably looking for a university student, a recent HS grad, or someone going into their senior year of HS!
I have had an AMAZING experience with this family, and I am truly sad to be leaving them! They are awesome people who are incredibly easy to get along with.
If you believe you are the right fit for this family based on the above requirements and job description, please email me at [email hidden]. Please include a bit about yourself and outline any relevant experience or qualities that you believe would make you a good fit for this position. Resumes are also a plus! We will only be considering candidates who reach out via email.
