We mostly need help when she is too tired to go to school and that is hard to predict so we prefer someone with flexible hours.

A little bit about us
Hi there! We're looking to join or create a nanny share with another family in the Highlands Ranch area. Here's what we're hoping for:
Schedule: Mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the possibility of adding occasional afternoons or other days as needed.
Location: Open to alternating between houses to share hosting responsibilities.
Care: For my 1.5-year-old daughter, with a focus on outdoor active play, child-led learning, and no screen time.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving light snacks for the little ones.
Light housekeeping, such as tidying up toys.
Rate: Open to discussion, but suggest something like $20/hr for one child; $25/hr for 2 children and $30/hr for 3 children (if that is how many children in the nanny share)
Diaper changes as needed.
If this sounds like a good fit, let’s connect! Looking forward to finding a family and nanny to create a positive, nurturing environment for our little ones.

We usually work Monday through Friday and sometimes a random Saturday or Sunday here and there. Sean usually works 7am to 3pm and Bree usually works 10am-6pm. Looking for possible 5 hours per day on average of child care.
We would be willing to nanny share and drop off Declan or host a nanny that is comfortable with keeping the dog company as well.
