A little bit about us

We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, experienced, and developmentally minded part-time nanny to care for our infant son starting in February 2026, when he will be approximately 7 months old. This role will support our family two days per week while both my husband and I work from home.

Schedule
* Thursdays: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
* Fridays: 8:00AM-5:00PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (may vary)

Please note: On Fridays, we will be out of the home from approximately 3:00PM-8:00 PM, so our nanny must feel comfortable providing sole care during that time, which includes bedtime.

Compensation
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience

About Our Family
We are a warm, intentional household focused on creating a calm, joyful environment for our child. We both work remotely from separate home offices. We are available for questions, concerns, and check-ins during the day.

Our son is a bright, sweet, and social little boy who loves to laugh and play. We have one friendly, well-trained beagle named Benji, so comfort with dogs is a must.

Ideal Nanny Qualities
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Knowledge of child development
* Reliable and structured
* Creative planning of appropriate, screen-free activities
* Comfortable with baby-led weaning

Our priorities for care:
* Responsive attachment-focused caregiving
* Age-appreciate activities (tummy time, reading, singing, floor play, sensory play, going for walks, etc)
* Keep a consistent nap, diapering, and feeding schedule, following wake windows
* Giving bottles and serving solids
* Baby-related tasks- cleaning bottles/baby dishes, tidying up play areas, baby laundry

Qualifications
* Min. 3 years of infant experience
* Infant CPR/First Aid certified
* Bilingual English/Spanish-speaking
* Familiarity with Montessori
* Comfort with gentle parenting
* Fully vaccinated (TDAP, flu, and COVID)
* Non-smoker
* Clean background check

We are excited to welcome someone who will become a valued and trusted part of our son’s early life!
