A little bit about us

Aloha,

We are a family from Honolulu, Hawaii who live right on the ocean on the main island of Oahu. It is a spectacular place and we are happy to share it with the right au pair. We just had our first daughter Kairi in August 2024 so she is 1.5 . and we just had twin boys who are now 2 months old. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and fun nanny to help with our young family and there will be one of us there to assist at all times since there are 3 children. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Thanks!

A little bit about us

I'm looking for someone who I can trust to watch my 2 year old. You wouldn't be needed on Thursdays or on the weekend. We are in the process of potty training just a heads up. Your hours would be 8-5 but could change. If you're a nanny who nannies for other families I'm okay with my child being around the other kids as long as the other family is okay with it. He is a very outgoing toddler I consider him a teen in a toddler body. He's very independent in most situations. He loves being outside, going to the park, arts and crafts really anything that keeps him busy. He also has his moments where he just wants to be by himself.

Hi! I’m a single mom living on Hickam AFB looking for childcare for my six year old son a few afternoons a week. He needs to be picked up from school and then watched for about 1-2 hours after. Help around the house or homework would be fantastic. We also have cats and dogs (all friendly)! My six year old is fun, active, and a big goofball.

A little bit about us

We currently have a wonderful nanny who is leaving to travel. We are looking to hire a replacement asap, as we prefer to have a flexible “trial period” for both parties to decide if it’s a good fit. This would involve spending time with my 1 year old son, my dog (small/friendly) and myself and helping out with anything from childcare to washing dishes.

***What we are offering:
- 3-4 days per week, afternoons (3-7) preferred, but am flexible
- total of 12-16 hrs per week
- Pay rate between $20-$30 per hour (higher for more experience/qualifications)
- Opportunity for long term, consistent employment/experience
- possibility of traveling

***What we Require:
- Min 1 year paid childcare experience
- Live locally (Oahu)
- Has transportation
- A relevant degree (ie child Education or similar) or professional job (ie teacher) working with babies/kids are a major plus!!
- Team player: helps out with childcare, dog care, light housekeeping, possibly travel & house/dog sitting.
- Reliable/responsible (on time, communicates well, respects my instructions/rules/guidelines, etc,)
- Trustworthy & transparent: I am trusting you with my most valuable possession, my child. Therefor I need someone who will be honest and direct with me.
- A professional: Please bring your resume and references to your interview, or better yet, send to me beforehand. Only qualified individuals will be considered and I don’t want to waste anyone’s time.
- A copy of license and (child)CPR certification. Must be willing to have a background check.
- A genuine love for children and animals
