I have a wonderful family in search of their next long term nanny. Current nanny has been with the family for the last 2 years, but unfortunately they are parting ways as nanny is moving out of state. They value trust, communication, and having a nanny that can become part of the family. They also value respecting the nanny and letting her take charge and do things her way while on the clock. They are looking for someone that can stay **long term** (10 years!) and grow with the family. Below you can find specific details:
LONG TERM - HINSDALE, IL
3 children, ages 6 years, 3.5 years, and 2 years
*Please note the older two children are in school half day, and the 2 year old will eventually begin toddler school a few days per week in the mornings.
Nanny hours will not change
FULL TIME: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (slightly flexible on Friday's dependent on nanny's preference for more or less hours)
50 hours per week guaranteed
Paid major holidays
15 days of PTO (7 of family's choice)
pay based on experience
Start date : ASAP or April 2022

She enjoys bike riding, swimming, crafts, snuggling, surfing YouTube and rough-housing with her dogs and big brothers (19, 21). Meghan went from a very full school/activity schedule to very little and needs to have a fun, creative person to help fill her time. Will happily provide a salary for some time flexibility. Only firm timing needs this summer for timing are Tues and Thurs from 8-2 but have some timing flexibility on other days as mom works from home. Would love a weekend afternoon so other family (2 older brothers) members can golf. Need driver. 2 dogs. Creative, action oriented, patient, fun person needed to be with us long term!
