Nanny Needed for Loving Family with 3-Month-Old Infant — Flexible Hours (20–40 hrs/week)

We are a warm, caring family seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for our 3-month-old infant starting May 12, 2025. Our top priority is providing a calm, loving, and developmentally supportive environment for our baby.

We are looking for someone with professional infant care experience (such as in a daycare or as a nanny), who is CPR certified, up to date on all vaccinations (TDAP, MMR, COVID, and flu), and has a strong understanding of safe sleep practices and early child development. The ideal candidate will have a calm, caring demeanor and genuine love for working with babies.

Position Details:

Hours: 20–40 hours/week (we’re flexible but require a minimum of 20 hours); weekday afternoons preferred
Start Date: May 12, 2025
End Date: Mid-August
Location: In our home on the Northwest side of Indianapolis; mom will be present during the day in the home
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care to one infant
Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (e.g., tummy time, reading aloud)
Ensure safety and follow baby’s routine
Light housekeeping and baby-related laundry and bottle/pump part washing and sterilization
Log feedings, naps, tummy time, reading, and diapers using the Huckleberry app
Must have own transportation and be comfortable around pets (we have a small, friendly dog)

We value kindness, attentiveness, open communication, and reliability, and we hope to find someone who shares those values and will become a trusted part of our family’s life. If you are a compassionate, experienced caregiver looking for a summer position, we’d love to hear from you!
