hours will be 11am-6pm Monday - Friday but with additional hours available when parents travel for work.
Responsibilities are approximate for now. We haven’t moved to Indy yet and not sure exactly what we will need in our nanny partnership:
For daughter:
Driving to collect her from daycare at 11.30am
Nap times
Meal times
age appropriate engagement
Cleaning/sanitizing toys, child’s bath and play areas during nap times
Kids laundry if nap times allow
Keeping my partner and I informed on her day and anything we should be aware of.
For son:
Driving to collect him from daycare at 3.30pm
Age appropriate engagement for him and his sister at the end of the day.
We do have a dog, so must be comfortable with pets. No pet care needed.

We have three other children who live with us part-time. They will be in school during the day, but we will want someone to pick them up from school and help care for them after school.
We also have a french bulldog, which will need to be looked after during the day as well.
We would like to find someone who has experience with babies, is good with school-aged children and dogs, has his/her own car and driver's license, with a clean driving record, and clean criminal history/background check. We are willing to negotiate pay and other aspects of compensation like paid time off.
We are also very cognizant of the ongoing pandemic, and it is very important to us that we find someone who will work with us on maintaining a safe environment for our family and minimizing the risk of exposure.
