A little bit about us

Our kiddo is a curious & mellow 14-month old who loves books & the outdoors. We are looking for a part time nanny for at least 1 weekend every month, but could increase to 2 if you are interested.

This is a unique gig - mom is a midwife, & we’re looking for support when she’s on weekend call. She only gets called to a birth about a quarter of the time, so there would be lots of down time. You would be paid for the entire time you're with us, regardless of how much childcare you end up doing. Our guess is this would be a good gig for a student, or someone who enjoys sitting around with a good book, show, or crafting project if mom is home all day.

We have a spare room with a comfy bed, TV, desk, & lots of books to choose from. You’d be welcome to sleep here Friday & Saturday nights, or just join us 5:30 am - 8:30/9 pm Saturday & Sunday, whatever you prefer. Our kiddo usually sleeps until 6/6:30 am, & bedtime is 7:30/8pm. We're right in the center of Florence, easy walking distance to Pie Bar & the bike path. We're good cooks & we'll feed you while you're here!

All three of us are fully COVID-vaccinated and ask that you are as well.

Please reach out with any questions! Thank you.
