We're hoping for someone with creative ideas to provide enrichment and educational activities that are age-appropriate for the boys. Ideally, our caregiver will be open to light housework and keeping general living areas in an overall clean condition once the boys are done playing etc.
Our caregiver should be comfortable feeding the boys breakfast and/or lunch, and preparing healthy snacks as needed.
Both boys have a "quiet time" each day for 1-hour, during which they are allowed to remain in their rooms watching their tablets. A lunch/on-site break will be possible for the caregiver during that time.
We have a large, fully fenced-in yard (nearly 2 acres) which will allow for plenty of safe, outdoor play. We also have an in-ground pool so our caregiver should be comfortable being in the water just to supervise the boys.
We're looking for someone who could work 1-2 days a week. Any day(s) will work for us, and we can flex from week-to-week. Hours are also very flexible, any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Occasional "date night" care would be amazing as well.
Proof of full Covid vaccination will be required. Everyone in our family is fully vaccinated.

Looking for someone to watch my highly energetic and social 4.5 y.o. son, Niko, who is always trying to entertain, and my almost 2 year old daughter, Sydney, who is slow to warm up and always knows exactly what she wants. Ideally you love taking the kids on adventures -- on walks through the parks, activities at the library, or to the local construction site, etc. I highly encourage as much outdoor time as possible. I’m definitely more on the crunchy side of things and expect someone to follow our guidelines - we don’t usually feed our kids sugar or processed foods.
Looking to establish a regular schedule between 8-12 hours/week (sometimes more.) Currently Monday and Thursday 9a - 2p, but days and hours are somewhat flexible. I work from home so will usually be in the house and available if needed. Light housework also appreciated. Super bonus if you speak Russian (my husband was born in Russia) but absolutely not necessary.
I would love to do a nanny share, especially with like-minded mommas, but if timing and location work out, I'm open to anything.
