Position will begin on a trial basis paid by the hour but will convert to a fixed salary after 6 weeks that guarantees a minimum of 40 hours of work/week. Salary benefits includes a minimum of 3 weeks of paid vacation.
Requirements include:
- Legally able to work in the U. S.
- Willing to have federal and state taxes withheld
- Clean driving record
- Flexibility with work hours / okay with occasional overnights or early starts
- Self-motivated
- English fluency
Caregiver duties:
- Child transportation (vehicle will be provided or mileage paid)
- Preparation of dinner for family
- Household laundry
- Household organization & light cleaning
- Grocery shopping & errands
- Homework guidance
- Activity planning

You will work in a supportive team environment alongside me and usually a second nanny. The kids are in preschool weekdays and are a joy!
Duties: Childcare (playing, outings, routines) plus housekeeping (meal prep, laundry, dishes).
Current Open Shifts (Select what fits):
Mon: 2pm-9pm (Pickup, dinner, bedtime)
Tue: 7am-10:30am (Morning routine, drop-off, clean up) OR 3pm-9pm
Wed: 7am-10:30am
Sat: 7:30am-3pm OR 3pm-9pm (Outings, play)
Sun: 7:30am-10:30am
Schedule is currently 3 nights/week but may increase soon. Looking for a reliable person to help during these blocks!
