We're in search of a full-time nanny (8-9 hrs/day) starting in November in Annapolis for our 2 year old and 3 month old.

About us: My husband and I work a hybrid work schedule, a few days at home and a few days in the office. We have a lab who is extremely friendly and well behaved. If my husband and I are both in the office, we would ask that you let the dog outside for a potty break during the day.
What we're looking for: A nurturing and energetic caregiver, who can juggle both the needs of a toddler and infant, enjoys taking the kids outside for walks and activities, creates a stimulating and educational environment for our toddler, and has previous infant experience.

As a Household Manager, you will be responsible for completing household management tasks such as laundry, dishes, restocking, running errands, coordinating kids' schedule, and assisting with other household duties. Also, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care to our boys when they are not school. We need someone who is organized and able to manage their time efficiently.

A little bit about us

Hello! We are looking for full-time, in-home childcare for our 8-month old baby, Caroline. I work from home, but am on the phone/video calls most of the day. I occasionally have to be out of the house for the day. My husband also works full time, but goes into the office everyday.

We have a friendly, big Yellow Labrador. Our nanny will need to be comfortable with big dogs.

We are seeking a nanny who is willing to do light housekeeping, in addition to childcare: cleaning bottles, keep kitchen tidy, loading/unloading dishwasher, launder baby clothes.

Ideally, our nanny is active and willing to be out & about, taking the baby to the park, out to do activities, etc. Our nanny should be comfortable driving a child and have a clean driving record

Safety: Our nanny must be fully vaccinated for COVID, and willing to get vaccinations on regular, timely intervals, including subsequent COVID shots, COVID boosters (if applicable), the flu shot & tdap shot annually. Must have knowledge of child CPR and be willing to take yearly refresher courses.

Work hours: M-F 9AM-5PM; occasional evening or weekend hours. Willing to travel with the family on occasion/as needed.
