A little bit about us

Looking for a part time nanny or at home daycare situation for my 16month old son, Finbar (Or Finn). My company was hit hard by the pandemic and is now starting to pick up where I need help. It would be 10am- 4pm ideally Mon, Tues, Thursday. I could switch out for Wednesday if it works better for you. Looking for someone to start by Sept 13 or 19th. I am open to you watching him at my house or at yours with other children depending. Finbar is active, funny, smart, and soooo sweet & loving! It would be great if you were trained in CPR and have a reliable car in case of emergency.

A little bit about us

My husband Danny and I welcomed our little girl, Isaiah in July 2020. We live in Saint Paul with our dog, Rucker. Danny is an architect and I am the Director of Advancement at a local nonprofit. We are looking for someone 1-2 days a week 7:30am-5pm.

I think all kids can benefit from a calm, creative and joyful environment. Danny and I are pretty laid back people who don't sweat the small stuff. We are thrilled to be parents and can't wait to share all of life's chaos and joy with our child.

Open to nanny share.

A little bit about us

We have a high energy toddler and three dogs!

Duties will include mostly hanging out with our son, doggos, and some light meal prep while I work on some evenings and more heavily on the weekends.

We mostly need help through the month of September, but would like to have an ongoing relationship with a sitter as needed. There will also be dog sitting opportunities as I travel occasionally for work.

A little bit about us

My wife, Lily, works at a local university and I am self-employed. We have three children and just moved back to Minnesota after spending four years in Uganda where Lily was the Peace Corps Country Director. A typical day for the kids includes:
Markos (11) gets himself breakfast, some screen time, then soccer in the yard and playing with his little siblings. He reads a lot, loves chess, can entertain himself, and does not require supervision. He Is also very polite and respectful and follows direction from adults.
Dominic (7) is starting to get his own breakfast. He loves cartoons in the morning when he does not have school, then some crafting for an hour or so and then outside play until lunch. He enjoys play dates with friends and playing with his little sister. Both love to draw and color and play in the yard but he is not interested in sports. Our most recent nanny spent one hour each day with Domi and Maya doing a bit of home-based learning before dinner (practice spelling reading, writing, math, and art about 10 minutes each every day).
Maya is the boss. She is super outspoken and adores Domi and the two spend much of the day telling each other what to do while enjoying being close siblings and friends. She loves having tea parties and coloring and playing with Domi and the occasional playdate.
Maya has not lived in the US before and Dominic barely remembers it (he was 3 when we moved to Uganda) so their routine is a work in progress, probably including swimming, library, parks, and getting to know their new neighborhood (near Summit Ave and Lexington).
Hope you enjoyed learning about our family and to speak soon if you are interested!! Jacob & Lily
