Quiet, shy, sweet non verbal autistic 20-year-old living with family of 4 in home in N. Raleigh. This job is 10% personal care, but mostly 90% peer mentor and friend. I-DD of 18 month old so needs help making his meals, select proper clothes for weather/dressing. Help with shower, teethbrush, etc., to ensure he got everything properly cleaned. Housekeeping is limited to helping him learn to properly clean HIS spaces. Also like toddler, he needs total attention to his safety in public (car traffic, stranger danger, etc). The rest is socializing with him. Take him to Specific pool 3X a week. Take him on errands. Meet friends, church, etc. Must be 18, HS graduate, college degree preferred required. Must have Valid Drivers License and clean driving record. Background check will be done. Covid vaccination and boosted IS required. Proper PPE is always provided. Mileage reimbursement is provided if you use your car. All required training is provided by us. Pay based on education and experience = duties able to perform. Longterm W2 paid bi-weekly. $14 (HS dip only) to $20 (BS/A or 10+ exp)

We are moving to North Raleigh / Wake Forest and are looking for a nanny to look after our baby twins. Seth and Naomi are two very sweet kids, fun-loving and playful. They are healthy and happy kids who bring us a lot of joy.

We are looking for help on Monday-Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday from 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Responsibilities include usual baby care:

- changing diapers
- baby laundry
