A little bit about us
I'm 38. I've spent a lot of my younger years babysitting for family, friends, and acquaintances through community. Sometimes paid and sometimes unpaid because I was asked for and needed. I have a higher calling and huge dreams to accomplish. Therefore I need childcare help.
I've suffered a lot and more than any person should ever in any lifetime. I'm wanting a peaceful zen environment as much as possible with wiggle room knowing that child brain development milestones won't normally allow for perfect behavior or a perfect zen environment. I am grateful for every moment spent in peace and comfort and hope to perpetuate that and extend that same regard to others in my presence.
I work 3rd shift 4:30pm to 1:00am EST.
My ex husband is still co-living.
He was raised heavily abused and is still recovering. He is a highly intelligent extremely skilled in engineering and quality control and is on the high functioning spectrum with some behavioral modifications that need to be improved upon. He tends to not display the offensive behaviors around anyone else other than me. I see the worst of it and I'm dealing with it.
He is under mental health care and medicated.
I have seen many different therapists and many hours of therapy, and a large library of self help and overcoming PTSD trauma books.
I'm always striving and improving.
I am a loving no drama person but very quiet and may seem tense because I'm constantly inside my own head either processing past trauma, planning, and trying to consciously cocreate a better mode of coexistence.
I want more motherly figures for my child to play and learn from like I had growing up. I'll take care of cooking and cleaning as much as I can on my sched
