A little bit about us
Hi! My name is April, and my husband and I are looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced nanny to become an important part of our family’s routine. We have a happy, curious, and energetic 3-year-old son who loves books, imaginative play, and learning new things.
We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with toddlers and can provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while encouraging independence, kindness, and creativity.
We are looking for a long-term nanny.
* Three consecutive weeks of full-time availability in August are required before the school year begins.
* After August, the position will transition to a recurring after-school schedule during the school year.
* The exact days and hours will be discussed with the selected candidate, but consistency and reliability are very important to us.
Responsibilities:
* Plan age-appropriate educational and creative activities
* Read books, encourage imaginative play, and spend time outdoors
* Keep toys, play areas, and the kitchen tidy after meals and activities
* Communicate openly with parents about our child’s day
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience caring for toddlers
* Is warm, patient, dependable, and organized
* Enjoys engaging children through play rather than relying on screens
* Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
* Is CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
* Is looking for a long-term position and values building a meaningful relationship with one family
We value open communication, mutual respect, and creating a positive working relationship where everyone feels appreciated. We hope to find someone who will feel like an extension of our family and become a trusted, consistent presence in our son’s life.
If you’re caring, reliable, and passionate about helping young children learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
