We were thinking either 5 hours each weekday or 3 full weekdays. We could work together to figure out what would work best. We are hoping to start night sleep training when she's eight weeks and then by October have a good daytime routine for her. She is our first.
The duties would including caring for her (feedings, diaper changes, etc), light housework limited to baby's laundry and bottle washing, helping us with setting her routine, developmental activities (tummy time, reading, playtime), and taking her for walks.
