We are a single-child family with a 10-year-old girl in Califon, NJ. Our daughter goes to public school in Long Valley and will enter 5th grade this September. She also practices multiple after-school activities, sports as well as tutoring. We are a trilingual (English/French/Spanish) family.
We are looking for a serious young lady to help her with homework, take her to her activities, sometimes prepare her lunch box or meal or do basic child-related duties or errands and be a mentor and friend.
We provide a car dedicated to our daughter's transportation.
We had a live-in au-pair since our daughter was 6 months old and until she turned 8 years old and a nanny/sitter for the past year and a half. We value building long-term relationships with our daughter caregivers. On average au daughter's au-pair/nanny/sitter (or as our daughter calls them her girlfriends) worked with us for between 1 or 2 years.

-21 to 28 years old
-child care experience and reference required
-gentle, loving, serious about her job
-detailed oriented
-non-smoker
-clean driving and criminal record
-reliable
-like cats
-live within 10 miles of Califon / Long Valley, NJ
-multilingual is a plus but not a requirement

-Schedule will be built with the right candidate. It will mostly be after school (1.5 to 4.5 hours) and Saturday morning. We have some flexibility to accommodate the availability of the right candidate.
