Would like someone who is a strong driver and is able to come up with fun and engaging activities for the kids to do. The 3 kids will typically be split between Mom and nanny depending on who has what activities scheduled.
Looking for someone who is great with the kids but also a good housemate. Light housework (tidying kid play areas, etc) included.

A little bit about us
1. Need to live in M-F with typical working hours of 8-6, but we're open to 7 day a week live in with a M-F work schedule. We'd like to find someone with flexibility/interest in occasional weekend work and a willingness to go on trips with us. We'd love to find someone long term who wants to be a part of our family.
2. Reliable, safe and experienced driver. It's preferable, but not required for them to have their own car to drive to our house and home if they do not want to live in 7 days a week. Have to be comfortable driving our car if their car can't fit two car seats comfortably. We will provide gas.
3. Experienced, reliable and has a passion/love for working with toddlers (our kids are 2.5 + 1.5) to both ensure they're always learning, having fun and helping with all of their developmental needs including potty training.
4. Able to clean, cook, and take care of all things in the house pertaining to the children. We're looking for someone neat and organized as we like to keep things very tidy.
5. Must be double vaccinated.
6. Tech-savy would be a nice bonus as our kids are currently doing a lot of virtual schooling. Our parents home also has a pool and we plan to have the kids take swimming lessons, so someone willing to go in/comfortable with a pool would be a nice plus as well! Also willingness to play outside/sports with the kids as they love playing outside.

Looking for extra help to look after my 2 month old boy for a few hours a day. Mostly at home - put baby down for a nap, maybe organize his baby clothes or laundry, and sterilize bottles. Just look after the baby while I work or I take care of house work.
