A little bit about us

Single dad, with a 3 year old son on the ASD spectrum who is very sweet and loving. He is still non verbal but tries his best to communicate. Loves to play outside, go to the park, etc. I am self employed and work odd/inconsistent hours sometimes. He is in ABA therapy during the week from 8-3:30 so I am looking for someone reliable who can pick him up and bring him home as well as be able to put him to bed if im working late. Schedule wise I need help every Wednesday and sometimes Fridays. Occasionally during the day on weekends. Id really love to have someone who has previous experience with ASD or special needs who can work with him on basic skills as he grows.

A little bit about us

Hi! We are seeking a loving, joyful full- or part-time nanny (20-40 hours) to help us raise our three little girls We can be flexible on the number of hours we offer, as finding someone who is the right fit is the most important factor for us!

While our weeks as a family are quite busy, we love being home with the girls and soaking up these “little” years. When we aren’t traveling, we have pretty standard weekend routines of going to our favorite neighborhood pizza spots, walking to a nearby park or the Y for the pool in the summer, and going to church on Sundays. It's super important for my husband and me to carve out time together each weekend, so we often do our date nights on Saturday evenings.

In general, given my husband's very busy work schedule, I am looking for someone to partner with me in taking care of the girls when they are out of school, when we have date nights or evening events, and when we travel.
The following qualities are very important to us in a nanny:
- Strong values that generally align with our Christian faith
- Flexibility around our schedules, knowing that no week will likely look exactly the same
- Happy to tag-team the girls/be at our house all together or and to go on adventures with one or all of the girls
- A loving mix of firm boundaries and grace with the kids
- Willingness to help occasional long hours and overnights when we have work or personal travel

While our schedule will vary week to week, I'm hoping to find someone to who is open to hours such as this:

- 1 full day each week (likely Friday but may vary)
-1-2 additional weekday afternoons/early evenings each week
-At least 2 Saturday late afternoons/evenings a month for date night

Happy to share more upon request if this type of role is of interest to you! We can guarantee hours for the right candidate who is willing to be flexible with our often changing schedule. Thank yo for considering us!

A little bit about us

We have the happiest, cutest little 6 month old boy. We also have 2 small, cute little puppies. We’re looking for someone to come over for 2-3 hours per day, Monday-Friday. We’d like them to primarily watch our 6 month old, so mom can get a workout or run an errand. We’d also like some light clean up duties- do the dishes, change a load of laundry, tidy up. We’re not looking the entire house to be cleaned, just the main living area. We may also need the dogs to be quickly let out, but again, the main priority will be watching and playing with our little man. Diaper changes will be needed, rocking him to sleep, playing with him on his play mat etc. We try not to do screen time, so we’ll need the person to be engaged with him if he’s awake. He’s such a good kid though. He rarely fusses unless he’s sleepy or hungry. He is very easy to rock to sleep and Mom breastfeeds, so the main job is just watching him. He doesn’t go to daycare so this will just be watching him at our house. Ideally, the hours will be the same every day. We’re shooting for 11am-2pm. We live in Bellevue and have a really nice, comfortable house in a safe neighborhood that’s east to get to. We look forward to meeting you!
