My husband is active duty military, and I am a SAHM.
The main days/hours I'd be looking at are M/T/Th, and maybe the random weekends that my husband is out-of-town.
We do positive reinforcement/gentle parenting, and require that anyone working with our daughter has the same approach.
I would love to have our helper do playground trips and nature walks and local splash pads and such. Reading, crafts and interactive play are a must. We do little to no screen time in our home.
