A little bit about us
In the future we will need somebody to cover on the off chance that we are both on a trip. Right now she’s on leave and we have a baby boy due mid April. (Will likely return to work 2027)
So we would like to bring someone on that we can “scale up”. Which will likely give us a nice way ease into to getting to know one another.
At first would be a few days a week helping us. Once our baby boy is born, we need help full days 2/3 days a week while I am away on trips.
As time goes on and my wife returns to work (will probably scale up how much help we need between now and 2027) and would later require multiple overnights.
We have a little 12lb dog, he’s great with the toddler. Very friendly little guy. Definitely expect that you let him out to poddy while we are away and take him with you on a walk if and when you go!
Our home is new construction and have a spare guest room. Offers more privacy on lower level with full private bathroom for overnights or live in.
Current pay structure is hourly + overnight fee. Willing to consider flat day rate and flat day+overnight rate.
(Live in option would be reduced pay for offsetting rent with structured on/ off schedule)
Looking for someone to start babysitting 2-3 hours at a time right away, then starting full days (including putting tot down for nap) 2 days a week, and eventually overnights.
