A little bit about us

My Oldest who is 3, her name is Charlie.
The middle being my son, Jack, who is 2
The Youngest is my other Daughter, "Lj" Lorelai, who is under 6 months old.
We are just looking for somebody one day a week (weekday) who is willing to pick up the occasional second day so my husband and I can go on dates and he can travel for work when needed.
Must be able to handle all 3 kids by your self but you won't usually be alone just the additional hands.
This job will be at our house With the occasional outing paid for by us. My Oldest is a type 1 diabetic and we will provide training and all the tools/information needed for her. We thrive off of clear communication and are constantly learning. We would not ask heavy chores outside of the kids dishes and possibly their laundry if time permits but it's not a deal breaker. We are pretty laid back but strive to be organized as it helps the toddlers to be on some kind of schedule. The kids are definitely outside kids, we don't do heavy screen times but do utilize it when necessary (no iPads or anything like that though) We do have a dog, Theo, who is energetic and bouncy but he won't require any care. Days can be flexible depending on your needs but we would like someone during normal business hours and the work week. Pay depends on experience and responsibilities accepted. We want you to feel comfortable and for our kids to be happy and comfortable in the situation as well.
