A little bit about us
We are in need of a nanny who has a passion for fostering children's growth and development and is looking for someone who is creative, imaginative, enjoys getting outside, and is willing to create engaging and educational experiences that promote development and confidence. Open and honest communication is of utmost importance. We must have confidence that our nanny will treat our children with love and compassion, just as we would. This is our top priority. Preparing pre-made snacks and meals will be required; anything beyond that, such as lighthouse cleaning, would be a bonus but not required.
My neighbor and I live next door to each other off Beauchamp and 380 in Princeton. We both work hybrid slash remote jobs and have some flexible schedules. We would likely follow a weekly schedule where we alternate between houses. For example, I spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays at my house when I am in the office and Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays next door. We are looking for a full-time nanny Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended hours needed on occasion.

A little bit about us
We need help a few hours a day, from 7:00am- 1:00pm possibly 3-5 days a week. Looking at Tuesday, Wed and Thursday
You would not be completely alone, since we don't have to be outside all day. So if you need help with him or have a concern we would be near by.
He wears hearing aids so that would be something where we have to watch him like a hawk so if he does take them off we have to put them on immediately. Or just be able to know where he left them in the event he takes them off and is just not in the mood to put them back on.
He naps between 12-3 pm anywhere from an hour to two hours.
He can be a picky eater but I try to offer different types of options. He prefers to grab food with his bare hands as opposed with a spoon or fork.
