We are looking for a responsible Nanny to care for a teenage child Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The nanny will create a safe, healthy, fun environment for the child. He/she will be responsible for ensuring a structured daily schedule is in place, assisting with virtual school, homework, activities, and other duties as needed. Preferred applicants are competent, organized, and have prior work experience with school aged children.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customized assistance with virtual learning school
• Ensure child adheres to virtual school schedule
• Assist with virtual learning and homework
• Provide an overall safe and healthy environment that enables child to learn
• Transporting child to and from appointments occasionally, as needed
• Performing other duties as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 3+ years childcare experience, school aged children preferred
• Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record and proficient driving skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficient knowledge of home safety and first aid
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Engaging, compassionate, and caring
