A little bit about us
My husband and I both work from home full time. We have a son who turns 3 in July. He goes to school on Tuesdays/ Thursdays. So M/W/F would be caring for a newborn and 3 year old, and T/TH would be just the newborn.
We are looking for someone who is willing to help with household chores including laundry and light cleaning, especially on the days that our toddler is at school.
We also have potential flexibility within this schedule, we could potentially make other arrangements one or two days a week to meet the needs of the right candidate.

Our toddler is very slow to warm to new people, but loves music, crafting, dancing, and playing outside. We would really love somebody who gets her involved in new activities and creates projects to foster learning and creativity.
Some TV is fine, but we'd really love for the kids to spend more time learning, creating, and playing. Our infant needs help with reaching developmental milestones. The kids will need lunch and snacks. We would love if you could help to keep the play area clean and organized. Must be ok with dogs.

When Charley’s first nanny left us a few weeks ago to live abroad, it was very emotional for all of us. We’re looking for a nanny who can become a part of our family. Someone who is loving, active, and ready to help with daily adventures and light household tasks. We’d love for Charley to enjoy time outside each day: exploring the park, beach, or other fun spots, as well as spending time with other children through organized playdates.
Both my husband and I are entrepreneurs who work from home, which provides us and our nanny with flexibility. As a busy, health-conscious and active family, we’re seeking a nanny who can assist with tidying up, folding laundry, and preparing healthy snacks or meals while Charley naps. We’d also love someone open to running errands or lending a hand with other small tasks during downtime.
We’re looking for a long-term relationship with our nanny, especially as we hope to grow our family. Our ideal schedule is Monday through Thursday, with flexible hours around 8 am to 4 or 5 pm, plus occasional hours on Friday if available. If it’s the perfect fit we’re open to 40 hours a week but some of those hours may be other tasks vs just with Charley because our goal isn’t to work 40 hours a week away from her.
We have two medium / large loving dogs at home, who won’t need caring for, but they will certainly be around so dog lover is a plus.
If you’re a nurturing, energetic, and proactive caregiver, we’d love to hear from you!

I'll be in the home to assist when felt needed. What you'd help with is playing with our oldest, I enjoy buying any indoor learning activities. Going for walks to our local parks or around the block, to get some fresh air. E loves to ride his balance bike.
E loves being outside and riding his bike! Loves balls and sports involving them. He's also a big fan of the planes we see passing our home daily.
E is a great big brother and is very loving with the baby, but we'd like to make sure he remains gentle with his new little brother.

We have a one month old baby girl and a 20 month toddler who has been under the care of a nanny since she was 4 months old. Our current nanny is pregnant and will be leaving us in late June, so we are ideally looking for someone to overlap with her to learn our routines and get to know our family.
We are a kind, fun, young family looking for someone who enjoys playing with, engaging, and finding the humor in helping us raise our girls. Our toddler is very silly, playful, sassy, and sweet. She loves music, reading, dancing, and being a big sister. Our baby loves breast milk, clean diapers, tummy time, sleeping, and cuddles from her big sister.
Ideal Hours/Schedule: We both work from home (part-time for one of us and full-time for the other) and we are looking for a nanny to work a consistent schedule Monday - Thursday (~8 hours, ideally starting by 8 AM and ending around 4 PM). We can be more flexible with Fridays but will at least need 4-5 hours consistently from the morning through mid-afternoon. We are open to talking through the exact schedule and hours but do want to provide our girls with consistency. Comfort with parents working from home is a must. We also expect some light housekeeping (cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning up after the kids, making crib beds, folding kids laundry, etc.)
