A little bit about us
Single mom of a gorgeous, hilarious, smart and happy butter ball of a toddler. She is the light of my life with her fur baby sister as a second. I will be going back to a demanding career full time in the next few months and that will very likely mean a move to the New Jersey/Scotch Plains area. BUT I do not have the start date and exact location figured out yet.
I will be looking for two nannies. One who can work 30-40 hours a week, and one who can work on some evenings and the weekend - likely 25-35 hours a week. I'm also looking at an Au Pair and/or live in Nanny as an alternate option. I do not want people to burn out, so I prefer no one person work more than 40 hours.
Because it's just me, it's very important that you are VERY reliable - someone who always arrives on time and only calls out when it's truly needed. More importantly, I can't be with my beautiful baby girl so someone who loves her like I do - is caring and patient is paramount since. I treat all my Nannie’s like my own family and expect them to treat my baby like theirs.
The responsibilities will include taking care of the baby, her laundry, her dishes, bathing, changing, making bottles etc. and potentially some dog care as well - IE playing with the dog, feeding the dog, and letting her out for potty when needed.
I hope to be able to provide a fair salary and competitive benefits. This includes competitive pay, paid time off, and contribution to healthcare or a bonus. This will all depend on the candidate, hours, and responsibilities.
Again - I plan to be moving to the NJ area in the next few months so just making connections now for future conversations. THANK YOU!
