For the live in nanny- well also have a loft separate from our house! (In the making) It has a fridge and pantry area so its like a little apartment. You can stay there for free, just help out w the kids throughout the week! (I'd RARELY EVER ask for nights) it would only be a few hours a day, so you'd have time for another job or school or anything else during the evenings. Basically free rent for free help with the kids!
Honestly all i care about is hiring a trustworthy kind person who can be part of the family! Someone who would genuinely care about my kids. I just want them to be safe and happy and have a chill environment for all of us!

A little bit about us
Looking for potential part-time nanny share. Our daughter is 2 and very social/independent. It would be mornings ~8-11:30am 5 days a week. We have no expectations of extra work (pick-ups, pets, laundry, etc), just a chance to get work done and have our daughter socialize and learn. We will provide snacks during that time. We are open to our child/other children in share going to another person's home (with all info/prior agreements) or coming to our home. We have tried to implement some Montessori-style principles and promote independence. Our daughter communicates well verbally and non-verbally and is very agile with strong fine motor skills. Would be fully potty-trained if she was properly motivated (she's sometimes too preoccupied to let us know), so we just keep it consistent without pressure. We use cloth diapers which are super simple, and prefer to keep that up if it can be arranged. She's funny, incredibly affectionate, and loves other people (children and adults alike). We are very firm about her right to consent to touch, etc as much as possible. She absolutely adores animals and books.
