A little bit about us

Are you an experienced, proactive nanny with a love for children and a gift for organization? We’re a busy family in Airdrie looking for a full-time nanny to care for our two children (ages 4 & 7) and help manage our home.

About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, takes initiative, and enjoys creating structure in a family’s daily life. We want to spend our free time focusing on our kids, so we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the home during the day—managing tasks like cleaning, laundry, organizing, errands, and meal prep.

During the school year, you’ll have a 6–7 hour window during the day between school drop-off and pick-up for household tasks. In the summer, the kids will be home full-time, so the role will shift to include more daytime childcare with outing’s and creative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Caring for children before and after school (including drop-off/pick-up)
• Engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities and educational play
• Housekeeping, cleaning, home organization, laundry, errands and special projects
• Meal preparation (primarily for the kids, with some family meals)
• Supporting the family by creating a calm and organized home environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Has experience with young children and managing a household
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Is looking for a long-term role where they can grow with our family
• Is reliable, kind, and genuinely enjoys supporting families

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Airdrie, Alberta
Live-in or live-out: Both options considered

If this sounds like a great fit for you, please message us. We’d love to hear from you and discuss how you can become a valued part of our family!
