Hours would either be 9-3 or 11-5. Not a set schedule as my schedule varies. I work from home so will be available in case of emergency. I get my schedule 1 month in advance so would give that to the nanny so they can plan as well

Ideal day - I work from home but need someone who can be there to give my son (who will be 3 months old come Jan 2024) the full attention he deserves while I’m in and out of virtual meetings. I would like to be able to breastfeed him / play with him at lunch together. Some days I might be able to be with him more often periodically but it’s variable.
Hobbies / interests - while he is somewhat young to have hobbies, he does like listening to music, tummy time (currently working on lifting his head up at 8 weeks old), and spending relaxing time in his swing, and being held while walking / bouncing him around so he can look at the world around him
Mon-Friday, roughly 30 hrs a week, between 9-6pm but each day might be different hours in that range.
