A little bit about us

I’m currently 4.5 months pregnant and my husband and I are looking for a nanny! We both work for UF, but he has a more flexible schedule.
So he work 2 or 3 days during the work week so we would only need a nanny for 2 days one week, then 3 days the next and it would repeat like that. We would need someone for the whole workday so typically 7-6pm.
We do have 3 animals (2 cats, 1 dog) but the cats are super low maintenance, and our dog would only need to be taken out once during the day if you’re comfortable with that, if not she is crate trained.

This is our first baby, so we would love to have someone help us with this experience!

A little bit about us

We are a loving family seeking an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny to care for our 18-month-old child, with an additional newborn arriving in early January. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive and stimulating environment for our children. Please note that we have small dogs, so comfort around pets is essential. Looking for M-F, 7-5.

The nanny will provide dedicated care for our toddler and newborn after I return from maternity leave, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. This position is initially for 8 months, with the potential to extend to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care for our 18-month-old and newborn.
-Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development and learning.
-Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
-Maintain a consistent daily routine, including naps, playtime, and meals.
-Assist with diaper changes, bathing, and other personal care tasks for both children.
-Let the dogs out occasionally and ensure their basic needs are met.
-Provide a safe and clean environment; light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., laundry, tidying play areas).
-Communicate regularly with parents about children's activities, progress, and any concerns.
