A little bit about us

Ultimately we are looking for a partner in the development of our 3yr old daughter. We are looking for someone that is reliable and can be on time (typically starting at 8:45am) . We are seeking someone that understands the impact they will have on a child at this age, one that knows the importance of sensory play and how to help a little one start to create the connections for critical thinking skills. Preparing meals and plenty of outside time is also important to us. Someone that doesn't get frustrated because they understand that a child doesn't always have the tools to communicate, one that will be supportive and provide that safe zone for her so she can feel loved at all times, especially during those difficult times 3 yr olds have. We raise our children using the respectful and gentle parenting style (https://www.janetlansbury.com/). Outside of the child care which is paramount, we will ask for meal preparation (lunch for her and dinner for the family) and the house is "picked up" before they leave. I do travel typically 2 to 6 days a month (max 3 in one week) so we would need flexibility on those days with arrival at 6:30am. Whatever is decided part-time (24) or full time (40), the hours would be guaranteed whether there is a holiday or we arrive and you leave early. Any "flex" hours would be added on. We provide holiday and vacation time.

We are new to the city! Looking for my son to make new friends and be well taken care of by a new friend! I would love to find someone who can become part of the family.

Nikolo(my son): Is 3 years old! He loves to play outside with his soccer ball, play pretend super hero, as well as just taking long walks!

I'm looking for someone who could be more of an older sibling/friend role- no house duties will be assigned. Just someone to care for Niko, play, teach some basics!

A little bit about us

Me and my husband both work full time. I work out of Boynton Beach and would love a caring nanny to watch Joshua while I am at work. He is very active and alert for his age. Joshua is a very happy baby and I always give instructions on how his day should go until his soon to be nanny adjusts to his schedule. He is a good baby.
