Looking for a nanny or nanny-share starting January 2023 for a 5+ month old in the Downtown Miami or Downtown Brickell areas. Dad works nearby and mom works from home, no other children. Will be needed M-F from 9:30am-5pm.

We cloth diaper and breastfeed, and will be raising a bilingual (English/Spanish) child so Spanish-speakers are welcome but not required. If services occur at my home, require light cleaning of baby-used areas. No cooking required. Light laundering is a plus but not required.

Must pass a background check
Must be authorized to work in the USA

No use of any tobacco products (vaping, e-cigarettes, etc.).
Refrain from cell phone use in close proximity to the baby.
Adherence to confidentiality agreements and termination policies.

Compensation:
$22/hour (Biweekly paychecks via direct deposit)

Health Insurance: Stipend of $250 provided per month, included in your paycheck.

10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. PTO can be used for vacation, personal days, or sick leave.
