My husband and I work full time at the hospital and are looking for a full time nanny while we are working. Our schedule is variable and I work shifts ( usually 3-4, 8-10 hour shifts a week). We are looking for someone to be our primary nanny for our daughter who will be 4 months old when we need to start having nanny services in July 2024.
