Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive care for our baby through the scheduled hours
- Bottle feeding, diaper changes and maintaining general hygiene for baby
- Managing naps and supporting age appropriate sleep routines
- Engaging in gentle age appropriate interactions (tummy time, play time)
- Monitoring baby to ensure a safe environment at all times
We would prefer to work with someone who
- Has proven infant care experience: understands sleep routines, notices feeding cues, has good knowledge of infant sleep safety
- communicates well and is patient & reliable
- Is comfortable following our routines and preferences
- Strong judgment- Is able to make dafe common sense decisions without needing constant direction
