A little bit about us

Hi! We’re a family located in Bloomingdale IL, looking for a nanny to help with our 3 month old starting in May 2026. We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable and enjoys working with babies. One parent is working from home and available if needed, but you will be the primary caregiver during scheduled hours. We value consistency and open communication and would prefer someone with infant care experience.

Schedule:
Mon - Thu, from 8am to 3pm
Starting May 2026

Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive care for our baby through the scheduled hours
- Bottle feeding, diaper changes and maintaining general hygiene for baby
- Managing naps and supporting age appropriate sleep routines
- Engaging in gentle age appropriate interactions (tummy time, play time)
- Monitoring baby to ensure a safe environment at all times

We would prefer to work with someone who

- Has proven infant care experience: understands sleep routines, notices feeding cues, has good knowledge of infant sleep safety
- communicates well and is patient & reliable
- Is comfortable following our routines and preferences
- Strong judgment- Is able to make dafe common sense decisions without needing constant direction
