This position would be a Monday-Friday schedule. Not positive on exact times yet but most likely 9am-5pm (guaranteed 40 hrs/week). Additional responsibilities to childcare would include light pet care (i.e., taking Millie out to the bathroom, giving her breakfast/dinner, bringing her on walks if you are comfortable with that) and light child-related housework (i.e., cleaning up any dishes or toys used during the day, occasional load of laundry, etc). It’s working out great for my husband who is on paternity and I love the flexibility I have.
This would be a 830-330 or 4pm job every day with summer Fridays being 830-2.
My expectations are that you have a network of nanny’s that do fun things with the babies around the neighborhood to get her out of the house and exposed to other kids.
Moderate housework like cleaning bottles and throwing in some laundry.
