A little bit about us

We are looking for a full time nanny for our 4 children ages 6, 4, and 12m twins in North Park. Our current nanny has been with us for 2 years and is moving.

45-50 hours guaranteed (best schedule to be discussed). Potential few hours of overtime 1/2x month when dad is traveling. Minimum 2 weeks of vacation (you pick one, we pick one), but we often take more and will pay you for all. Also will pay for sick time. Open to pay options that suit you.

Looking for a partner that will grow with us and be long term as we will need someone for at least 3-4 more years.

Twins are at home full time, 3yr does half day preschool and 5yr is full day kindergarten. Kids will need transport to activities-some walking and some driving our car. We loosely subscribe to Montessori and value someone who will engage with activities and conversation, take them outside, and be silly. Kids are advanced and need someone to engage them and keep them stimulated with books and learning activities.

Kids are priority, but light housework is helpful. Kids laundry, dishwasher, preparing kids meals, tidying up after kids, etc.

Other notes:
We have a dog and cats (no care required but they are around)

Mom and dad both work from home. However we are not micromanagers and generally stay out of your way in separate office spaces on different floors.

We live in a three story house so must be ok with stairs.

Must be non smoking and live in non smoking house as Mom is allergic.
