A little bit about us

Just starting the nanny sharing search process! We are expecting our little one to arrive in early May 2020; nanny services starting in August. We live in the West Town/West Loop area - Ogden and Hubbard is the closest main intersection. I would anticipate 5 days per week - 1 infant, friendly dog and cat both in the house. We are open to dropping baby off at someone else's home or hosting ourselves - whatever is most convenient for both parties. Reach out if this sounds like something that could potentially work! :)

A little bit about us

Hello! We're Megan and Saf, we welcomed little Ben in September. We live on the border of Lincoln Park & Lakeview (Diversey/Halstead). We are returning to work in January and are looking for a family nearby to share a nanny with us. Megan works in the city and Saf works nearby in Lakeview. We're active, health-conscious and enjoy time outside. We love wine and exploring local things to do in Chicago.

We are looking for a family in our neighborhood who also has an infant under one and is looking to share a nanny starting in 2020. We would prefer to host but are open to alternating homes with another family.

We'd like to find a family who is calm and relaxed. We are both organized, down to earth and want to create a relaxed and hygge atmosphere in our home.
Ideally we're looking for a family who needs full time care Monday-Friday at about 40-45 hours per week and have some flexibility around start/end times.

Let us know if we could be a match.

A little bit about us

My husband and I live in Lakeview/Lincoln Park with our beautiful daughter. I will be returning to work in late September and we are ideally looking for a nanny share for approximately 4 months, but are open to hiring a nanny solely for our daughter as well. We are able to host another baby in our condo, however ideally we would be looking for the other family to host due to the fact that our complex has many stairs and we have a dog. The host family would need to be located very close (couple blocks from our home on Lincoln/Diversey) as we will only have a car available for drop offs in the morning, not pickups in the afternoon. My husband and I both work office jobs and would be looking for coverage from around 8:30AM through 5pm, M-F. If hosted at our condo, other tasks would include light cleanup, and taking the dog for a quick bathroom break once per day. Driver’s license and car are required but will rarely be needed.

We are seeking a warm, caring, responsible nanny with excellent referrals and a family that shares our values and a similar schedule. Please message me if you are interested in connecting to discuss this opportunity. Thank you!

We are a city family recently moved to Edgewater consisting of two super fun and outgoing parents and our equally playful and sassy 2yo daughter and one on the way. We will require our Au Pair to be present, playful, diligent with creating and enforcing rules, habits, and schedules, but otherwise very flexible equally mixing learning and play. We don't require special language instruction but will actively encourage our family to learn another language if you speak it.
