A little bit about us

I have a couple of sweet boys who have been taken care of by a sweet family who can no longer keep them. We are trying daycare, but my boys just need their schedule back.

Liam will be 4 in January. He is enrolled in preschool for three hours twice per week. Ideally, I'd like someone who I felt safe driving the boys to take Liam to school. Liam loves to play cars and build with Legos. It would be great to have someone who wanted to do a little bit of organized learning with him, but not required.

My little guy just turned 1. He is a busy little guy and just likes to play and put things "away". He really still needs at least two naps per day.

I would like to leave for work by 7:30 am (M-F) and my husband could be home by 4:30-4:45-ish.

We do have a pretty easy dog. She loves any attention she can get, but is older and will just go lay down when she is told.

A little bit about us

We have 3 kids ages 4, 3, and 6 months. We are moving to the West side of Indy and are looking for a nanny as an alternative to daycare. I work in healthcare and my schedule is erratic, my husband has a traditional 9-5. We would need daytime hours 3-4 weekdays a week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing some educational activities and is not afraid of dogs (we have a lab and a golden retriever)

Pregnant with my first and due in November. Dad works from 8-2ish. Sometimes he works later or gets done earlier. You would be with baby until dad gets home. Looking for someone with open communication and willing to share the activities and schedule of the daily routinely. We are easy going and would love to find someone laid back but would take care of my baby like I would.
