We’re a warm family looking for a gentle, patient, and reliable nanny to help with our three young children — a 2.5-year-old daughter, a toddler, and a baby.
🧒 About Us:
• Located in Crown Point, IN
• Our older daughter is autistic, very mild — loving and sweet, with a need for structure and gentle care
• Mama stays at home for now but needs help managing the children and daily routines, I will start working by the end of september and have a week on and off schedule as a doctor, will need someone reliable during those days
• We live with extended family (in-laws), so the home is full of love and support
💼 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with young children (especially toddlers or autistic children will be appreciated
• Someone calm, patient, and playful
• Able to help with routines, feeding, basic playtime, and diaper changes
• Flexible part-time hours (approx. 4–5 hours/day, 4–5 days/week — can discuss)
